Product Use:

Sprinkle one packet nū119 Sodium Soak in the water of your foot bath and let it dissolve.

Do not run your water too hot! Hot water causes the skin to eliminate natural body oils instead of absorbing the beneficial properties of the essential oils. Keep temperature of your water at 100°F maximum.
