Shipping policy

Where we ship from

We ship from Fort Lauderdale, Florida by UPS or USPS. Orders placed before 12:00 p.m. Eastern on a business day usually ship the same day, and always within 2 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal and state holidays.

Delivery times and cost

Delivery inside the United States typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Orders over $75 ship free within the US; below that, shipping is calculated in your cart at checkout, before you confirm your order. PO Box, APO and FPO addresses ship by USPS.

International orders

We ship internationally by UPS Worldwide Expedited. Duties, taxes and customs charges are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the shipping charge.

Backorders

If an item on your order is backordered we will contact you within 2 business days, and you can choose to wait or remove it from your order. Anything in stock ships immediately at no extra charge, and the backordered item follows as soon as it arrives.

Refused or undeliverable shipments

If a delivery is refused or cannot be delivered, nū119 may deduct return shipping, duties and customs charges, and an 8% restocking fee from any refund due.
